- Technical information: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and the services that deliver fonts and images receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can load.

How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls (our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps before entering a contract).
- To provide our services if you become a client (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business, including website hosting (Vercel), email (Google Workspace), and font and image delivery (Google Fonts and Pexels). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, usually up to 6 years after our contract ends.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to be transferred. Email hello@convertlyagency.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
